Accutane
Accutane (manufactured by Hoffman-La Roche) is the trade name for Isotretinoin, a drug used to treat severe acne that is unresponsive to antibiotic treatment. This drug is used as a “last resort” type drug due to its very dangerous potential side-effects. Those side effects include:

- Crohn’s Disease
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease
- Severe depression
- Suicidal thoughts
- Birth defects
